LGH has added several new rigging rollers to its already extensive rental fleet, offering more options for safe, efficient pipe handling across industrial applications. The new additions include Beam Clamp Rigging Rollers, Beam Clamp Multi-Rollers, and Rack Rollers, each designed to streamline pipe installation in refineries, chemical plants, power facilities, and other industrial environments.
Beam Clamp Rigging Rollers are engineered primarily for installing pipe into racks. Their lightweight design allows beam clamps to be quickly attached, making setup fast and secure. Multiple roller-head options ensure smooth, controlled pipe movement during installation.
Beam Clamp Multi-Rollers are built for versatility, supporting loads up to 4,000 lbs. and accommodating pipe diameters ranging from 4” to 36”. These rollers are rated exclusively for beam support with a centered base, which must be properly secured prior to use. Their multidirectional design helps crews maneuver pipe precisely in challenging environments.
Rack Rollers feature beveled rollers that mount directly to structural steel components. Ideal for pipe installation or maintenance, they offer 2,000-lb. capacity and come in two sizes—small (2–12”) and large (12–20”)—to support a wide range of pipe diameters.
All three roller types are fully tested, inspected, and can be certified upon request. Each model is available for immediate rental to support upcoming projects without delay.
